Dyana King, CEO
Dyana King began her I.T. career in MVS and VM product sales for a leading I.T. firm in San Francisco. Ms. King has over 15 years experience as a technical recruiter. Beginning in 1989, she sourced, recruited and qualified contract Cobol programmers for top clients including Wells Fargo Bank, McKesson Corporation, Bank of America, American President Lines and many others. Over the years, Ms. King has been employed as a technical recruiter with some of the most respected I.T. consulting and placement firms in the Bay Area. Ms. King and her partner, Helga Grayson, began their working relationship when they co-founded PRISM Group Consulting in 1995. Dyana is an active member of San Francisco YEO serving on the board as President in 2005, as well as a member of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and the Mayor's Fiscal Advisory Committee (MFAC).
Helga Grayson, CFO/COO
Ms. Grayson has worked in Information Technology since 1994. Prior to co-founding Thinknicity, she co-founded and helped build a successful I.T. consulting company with Ms. King. Ms. Grayson began her career as a Financial Analyst for a large East Coast corporation. She has held positions as Financial and Business Manager of a clinic in the Bay Area as well as Sales Manager for a large retail company. Ms. Grayson also has experience in the area of Human Resource Management. Helga is an active board member for the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and The Open Door Foundation. She has served on the board for the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in 2003, and continues to be an active member.
Rita Scroggin, Director of Sales and Recruiting
Rita Scroggin has over 10 years of experience in the placement industry, and started her career with Philips Computing and Communications in Europe.
As a Recruiting Manager for an international consulting company, Rita built a strong networking base on the West Coast and secured a solid reputation of successful, professional placements. Rita's accomplishments led to her employment with a major professional services firm where she was soon promoted to Managing Director.
Expanding her horizons, Rita established and presided over Infinite Source, LLC. Building successful careers while connecting and managing client opportunities, Rita progressively earned both the respect of candidates and clients, alike. Rita's persistence in gaining a win-win opportunity for individuals and organizations is a key component of her success.
As Director of Sales and Recruiting for Thinknicity, Rita captures the essence of her expertise in sales, recruiting, and management and continues to build relationships that build companies and grow careers.
Rita holds a B.A. in Business Adminstration from the Hochschule for Wirtschaft und Politik Hamburg, Germany.
